Pros (+) The location was good.
Cons (-) The phone did not work, we called twice to have it fixed and no one came during our stay. The light was out in the bathroom and that also was never fixed when we asked about each day. They said there will be turn down service and no one came. Overall I was disappointed in the service and the staff seemed to not be having a good day.

Cons (-) I made a reservation through Kayak for a room with 2 queen beds for 3 total guests. When we arrived the staff claimed that we made the reservation for a room with a single king bed. Being from out of town and with no other options we took the room. When I explained to the manager that the room we were given was not the room I had reserved he simply placed the blame on Kayak.
