Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests highlighting positive experiences at reception and during breakfast. The breakfast itself was frequently described as excellent and varied. Many guests found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. However, some noted issues such as street or tram noise, occasional problems with service at reception, and concerns about value for money or misleading information about parking. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with most guests recommending the hotel for its location, service, and amenities.
