The staff was extremely friendly. Specially, Our bellboy Carlos. The room was beautiful and all the amenities too.
They really need to improve the food! The portions are extremely small and the food was mediocre. The orange juice was water down. The room service food was the worst.
The breakfast buffet was the best food on the resort.
All of the rest of the food outside of breakfast was pretty nasty.
Dreams? More like nightmare
Overpriced, cheesy and extremely unaccommodating staff. Also, it has no right to call itself in tulum.
All inclusive means poor quality overall
I liked the views and the main grounds
The rooms and amenities were not satisfactory. Too expensive for what it is.
I like the room.
The food was not that great and the pool was small. Not really much to do for children.
Terrible dump. Do not stay.
The dreams motel will not allow you to book anything on the property without enduring their time share sales pitch for hours. The food was barely edible. Nothing worked, there were insects everywhere in every room and if you upgrade your room to a "suite", then you're surely to be disappointed by a living room the size of a hornets nest...tiny. The staff ignores do not disturb signs - repeatedly. And if you expect to meet other guests, then be prepared for a redneck riviera from red states - I thought I was in an episode of party down south, with a hint of white trash. To compound all this, the hotel is near to NOTHING. Dreams must have purchased emir awards (not uncommon). Do yourself a favor and stay at Be Tulum or Ana y Jose.
Only if you love mediocre food
Couldn't find our check in then tried to charge us twice Had us call third party travel booking to sort it out. Rooms are dirty
