The customer service and location was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially those in the front desk. Hotel was beautiful and had plenty of activities for all the guests.
Overall customer service and location was excellent with the exception of the rooms. Rooms were outdated, the closet door for example, couldn’t close so we had to call the front desk to come and close it (which they couldn’t either) due to the light bulb not turning off. When we arrived they only provided one bath towel, so we had to request more. The next day, the cleaning crew cleaned everything and left us with no fresh towels. We had to call the front desk again for new ones. Lastly and quite frankly the worst, we had bed bugs. My daughter found one on her ankle and it was disgusting. The rooms definitely need a revamp and need an extermination.
The staff were lovely. Every single staff member we encountered were so helpful and nice. Of course, the entertainment staff running the events really made it. The swim up room was beautiful, really worth the convenience and being able to order drinks from the waiter.
Some of the food was average. I wouldnt come expecting great food. We are sad we didnt try the seaside grill for dinner earlier, as the meals on the grill (such as the octopus) were extremely tasty and amazing.
The staff, facility, cleanliness and drinks were great.
The food was terrible, including any of their French, Italian, Mexican and Asian restaurants. They, a US group, use cheap, processed and imported food, all packaged, not fresh and tasteless, including simple-to-make tortillas. Don't expect local food, including pastries. Even the local staff doesn't like the food. We would never go back, not to mention that we upgraded to VIP. We had to leave the resort to get good, fresh local food. Also, the tons of seaweed on the beach and in the brown water made it impossible to enjoy the sea nor its view. They clean the seawead with a noisy, poluting tractor every day, and it sticks like sewage.
the entertainment and the grounds were beautiful
i got sick from something , maybe the water, ice, or pina coladas . can't pin point it but It ruined my experience from a eating/drinking standpoint
Staff was very friendly and resort was very pretty. Two large pools and view of the ocean was wonderful.
Pool clouded up as the day passed because of all the sun tan lotion, but it was cleaned every night.
