Pros. Helpful staff. Clean, odor-free. In general, I recommend this Hyatt Place and will probably stay there again.
Cons. The breakfast closes at 9:00 am, which is earlier than another Hyatt Place I stayed at recently. Seems like there should be a standard closing time. Also, there was an annoying "clicking" or "dripping" sound right next to the bed which made it very difficult to sleep. Not sure what the source of the noise was.

Cons. It didn't seem to be as clean as I thought it would be. I've stayed at other Hyatt hotels, and this one was just not as comfortable and clean. They need to upgrade the breakfast and make its area more accommodating to the number of people waiting for breakfast in line. It gets too crowded. I probably wouldn't stay here again Unfortunately. I'm

Cons. the breakfast was horrible the wifi dropped continually the shower was very poor the coffee, when you could find any was terrible the mattress was quite shot

Cons. Breakfast was atrocious and gave my family food poisoning. Beds were not very comfortable at all. Sofa bed was better then the real beds. Pillows were like not even having one no matter how many I used. Ice machines were all broken except for one on the 3rd floor. Refrigerator didn't work very well.
