Pros (+) Good breakfast in limited space.
Cons (-) Small room with single queen bed, common wall with elevator (noise). Also quite a bit of traffic noise from the freeway. Missed the cookies in the lobby. We like staying at Hamptons, but this one is not up to par with the brand.
