The shower didn't drain. The fan in the kitchen was crazy! The water pressure was far to high so water went everywhere every time you used the tap in the kitchenette
Although I was in a corner room, closest to the road and the parking lot, the insulation and windows were so solid that I didn't hear traffic at all. I liked that I could turn down the heat in the room so I wasn't overheated or desiccated when I went out to ski every morning. I loved the dry sauna and the lakeview lounge with its wee fireplace. Having the two-burner cooktop and cooking pots and utensils, as well as a kettle, was an unexpected delight. Made for a great holiday well within my budget. The room and facility were all very clean.
It was hard to get to the front office because there wasn't a path shoveled from the main parking lot to the office building; the only access was going through the maze of buildings and icy paths, or else walking on the road. Better signage to the office would be very helpful. Also there was a fan in the lobby area right next to my room that stayed on one whole night. It wasn't on the first or third nights, but the second night it buzzed all night. Sounded like a tired bathroom fan. I located the unit, but the knob on it was inaccessible so I couldn't turn it off. I admit I didn't even try to call the after-hours office number, though if I have the same issue there again I would do that.
Good location near the lake. Clean.
More light, more bright at night time.
Great location. Loved the large common rooms. Allowed us to eat dinner and play board games with friends.
Water pressure was non existent in the morning. Apparently, it was a known problem to the management, but guests had to figure out and tell each other. This really upset a lot of people. We were ok as we took most showers at night, but the one morning we really needed the water, it wasn't there. When we told the front desk they acknowledged that it was a known problem but they sure didn't tell the guests! Not good.
The staff was amazing left my iPad it was turned in and sent to me within a week and staff emailed daily with updates Paul is amazing thank you for personal service WE WILL BE BACK
The water pressure needed fixing but done within that 1 day so not a big deal
