Pros: Great location 100 metres from Trogir old town. Tremendous helpful and friendly staff . Best staff encountered in all of my European trips. Special thanks to Anna and Tanya. Rooms spacious and comfortable and wifi was also good. Continental breakfast with plenty to choose from. On arrival the hospitality was exceptional, a welcome snack with a glass of wine . We were given a map of the local area with details of the best places to visit.

Pros: The warm welcome from Ana and Tanja who went the extra mile, On arriving we were given a plate of cheese, olives and prosciutto with wine. We had a problem on our first night with the lock on our bedroom door, They were so apologetic they gave us a splendid fish dinner on the house, the night after. On leaving, they presented us with a box of cake for our journey. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. I cannot praise them highly enogh.

Pros: The rooms are well designed, modern and comfortable. The hotel is just off Trogir island, crossable by a walk-over wooden bridge. The staff, Tania, Anna, Andrea and also the women assisting at breakfast, were attentive, friendly and welcoming. Tania had a lot of insights on Trogir which helped us plan our stay there. There is something special in the way they cater to you, more like family. As a lovely surprise, they offered us a locally cooked meal, which was delicious. Breakfast had good variety, loved the yoghurt parfait & the croissants! The free parking was a required convenience.

Father and daugther is the friendliest people , always with a smile . Tomislawa even took me to the airpoort . The small hotel is not luxury , but I did not lack for anything . It`s spotlesly cleen , and you can feel that they take pride in it . And their service is second to none . I will gladly stay here again , and recomend it to everyone .

The room was spotless, and I don’t think the pictures did the room justice at all. The double room was more like a little apartment. Everything was spotless and the pool is a nice extra. Also trogir is such a beautiful town, try konoba Milla for an excellent meal as it’s a lot more reasonably priced than other places and amazing food !!

Pros: The room was nice enough, came with AC to keep it cool when needed, and our room was the only one with a wraparound deck with a nice view of the street below and surroundings. The chairs were comfortable we sat outside for hours. The owner/manager was very friendly and watched our bags after checkout so we could continue to walk around Trogir.

Cons: Uber/taxi cannot drop-off or pick-up close to the hotel; I’m sure this is a restriction for the island/village, and would apply to most hotels (certainly all the ones adjacent to this one). I had to carry my luggage across a staircase/bridge across the canal. Not a big deal as long as you don’t have reduced mobility and you know where you are going. There is another drop-off location on the far corner of the island relative to the location of this hotel - maybe a 5 min walk. Minor: Malfunctioning light switch for bathroom (would not turn off). Frayed laminate coating on room card made it difficult to insert in the room power switch. Very firm mattress on bed not particularly comfortable. No elevator to get to room (probably true for most other hotels on the island).

Pros: Position was great, right in the centre. Balcony provided views over the town and was the ideal spot for sundowners. Staff at the agents were very nice and helped when needed, walked us to the premises.
Cons: A/C needs to be regassed as it didnt handle the heat although I appreciate it was hotter than normal. Canopy over the balcony was broken. Wi-Fi wasnt on for day 1 but was for day 2.

Pros: The location was great but it was very hard to find.
Cons: The process of finding the place and unloading , then finding the carpark and leaving the car and walking back was all a bit much and took us about 2 very frustrating hours as we had very little instruction on how to find it. This could have been made worse by our friends picking up our keys to help us out, and not passing on information, but I think we would have had the same problem finding the place where the keys where to be picked up from.

Cons: The toilette didn't flush properly and the shower clogged. It's a bigger plumbing issue that should be resolved. Told the agency of the issue so they can have it repaired before the next guest arrived and the agency staff where we picked up the keys, didn't seem to care at all

Not sure if that was a mistake or that's just the way it is.
