Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions, public transport, and restaurants. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as varied, delicious, and plentiful. Many reviews noted the staff's friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, with several guests mentioning thoughtful gestures such as early breakfast or to-go bags. Cleanliness and the hotel's historic charm were also appreciated. Some negative feedback included issues with noise, outdated rooms, minor maintenance problems, and strict refund policies, but these were outweighed by the positives.
