Pros: We booked two of the villa rooms. The staff worked to give me the villa room of our choice. Even upgraded one of the booking. We really appreciated that. All of us liked and enjoyed the elegant decor of the rooms. The wellness area with pool, sauna and whirlpool adds to the location perfectly. We had bad weather for a day but could use the wellness and hence no complaints about weather. The spa manager can also arrange excellent massages. We can highly recommend! Overall, 10/10

Pros: Food was amazing, service, facilities, very romantic, great break for everyone whether single, with friends or in a couple and with a magnificent view, so relaxing!!
Cons: I liked everything
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was first class. The restaurant was outstanding and very reasonably priced.
Cons: Long walk uphill from town! That's the only negative comment that I can make.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was superb! So kind and attentive. A beautiful place, wonderful food. I do think we may have had the most modest room in the old part— when other rooms had doors open for cleaning they were more luxurious. But we were very comfortable. If I return I would request a room in newer building overlooking valley. However, I have no complaints and recommend the hotel heartily.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Locanda de l'Arguta in Trento, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Trento Science Museum and Valle dell'Adige. Free self parking is available onsite.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and nice. The location is also lovely and quiet - I really liked it there, though I don't recommend it if you are preferring using public transportation. The view is great and the garden is lovely, too.
Cons: When checking-in I wasn't given a Trentino Card which I wanted to use straight away. The husband of the owner was not familiar how to print it out and so I had to wait or two hours until he figured it out - by then it was late evening and I did not want to leave the property anymore. So, I wasted a bit of time. Hope, the hotel will have wifi in the future because it is a unique place. Also, I wasn't sure what exactly is organic and eco about the hotel (a bit too much plastic for my taste).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very kind.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for pets with back door opening onto the garden. Fresh home grown jams and juice for breakfast, wonderful
9,2 Excellent

Cons: Very basic rooms but big No mosquido nets
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and very flexible owners. Spacious and clean rooms & beautiful garden surrounded by mountains. Good breakfast with homemade apple juice. Easy connection (by car) to Trentino.
Cons: No airco, so bit warm during an August night - but don’t let that hold you back from booking!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's a lovely place to stay and the second visit with our two dogs. Not far from the motorway and the ground floor rooms have direct access into the garden. Friendly owners and their home made apple juice comes highly recommended (we bought a 3 litre box to take with us!)
Cons: There's nothing to dislike.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Sweet host. House in the middle of a vineyard. Nice, new facilities. Extra bed added and worked out great for our family of 4. Indian/Italian restaurant in town was surprisingly good. We only stayed one night on our way from Bavaria to Pisa. Gorgeous views!
Cons: A little hard to find. Would have been near impossible at night. There is one right turn in town where there should be a sign for the property but there isn’t. So, took us a while to find it. Think middle of vineyard and far right of city center (facing the mountain) and you’ll stumble on it.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is improving year by year. Renovations of the lobby and the rooms. Perfect breakfast and very helpful and polite personnel. The hotel feels very cozy, familiar and natural. It is really one of the best hotels I have ever been in my life. The rooms may be different in size, noise or comfort, but this time I was extremely lucky with a spacious and quite room.
Cons: Nothing.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: Stairs to the room
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and water/tea etc in room. Excellent location and cleanliness. Very nice view to hills from the window. Quirky decor and features of the public areas.
Cons: Room was a bit cramped, dated and spartan and bed not very comfortable. Lack of functioning air con was an issue. Laundry options - room in basement was rather grotty and not very user-friendly. Iron and ironing board in room would be good. Reception was a mixed affair - some very friendly staff, some VERY cool.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good. The room was well equipped and modern. Trento old town centre is delightful and just a 5 minute walk away.
Cons: Parking is difficult. We managed to squeeze in two motorcycles but it would have been impossible in a car. There is parking available (which is not free) next door to the hotel. The restaurant was shut (Saturday evening) but there are plenty of alternatives nearby.
7,9 Good
Pros: Good breakfast with assorted products.
Cons: The bathroom does not have good air flow nor any kind of ventilation. Quite small room.

Pros: Location, rooms, breakfast...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and great breakfast choice.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location, wifi, in room spa shower, front desk woman was nice, there’s a small elevator.
Cons: The bed was almost as hard as the floor. The sheets were rough, the pillows practically useless. The spa shower, half of the features didn’t work, there were no instructions, half of the features that did work was with scalding hot water. The room only came with one large, small and personal towel per person, no robes. The location is tricky to arrive by car, no clear directions on entering the restricted zone, parking very far away. Breakfast was the usual sad small buffet in the basement. The air conditioner was loud and blew directly on the bed and the thermostat control didn’t work, we had to have them manually turn off that breaker and slept with the window open which had cigarette smoke from neighboring apartments floating in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location steps from the main square and cathedral. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Room comfortable and very clean. Bathroom very modern - sauna was a surprise. Free parking on street, short walk from hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent situation, nice big room, comfortable bed, big choice at breakfast, including not just cakes but also fruit, friendly and competent staff
Cons: We had originalt been assigned a room where the window was so small as to be almost nonexistant (but we paid for an upgrade and so everything was ok).

Pros: very friendly staff; beautiful view from the rooms to the mountains of Trento; cheap but exclusive and very tasty dinner; welless section was open even after the official closing hours just for us; the rooms are very stylish and perfectly clean; so in summary: most likely the BEST HOTEL in the Trento area! Pros: The premises were nice decorated
Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned. Scrambled eggs were called. No vegetables at all except some tomatoes with tasteless small mozzarella
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing, really helpful and made our stay extra special. They did a great job helping me with my gluten and milk intolerances. It's very convenient for Trento, easy to access by bus, and there is a well-stocked supermarket 5 minutes' walk away. The mountain views are amazing.
5,8 Okay

Cons: A lot of facilities need an additional payment. This is crazy for a 4 star hotel.

Pros: Awesome
Cons: Location is so good
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Off the mail road, in the middle of the vineyards with nice view of the valley (even though the sound of the highway in a narrow valley is always there). Family run, personal service. Good pizzeria when you arrive after 9. Large rooms, very clean and with ac. No luxury but spacious. Safe parking.
7,5 Good
Pros: Beautiful view, nice breakfast. Very big and clean room. The facility has a restaurant, seems as a good one. At the evening they have quite many customers. At first night we've arrived and the parking was full. Eventually, the owners found the parking place for us. The owners are very nice and polite, but barely speaking English.
Cons: The bed wasn't to comfortable. We woke up with slight back and shoulders pain. There is a air conditioner in the room, but no remote control. To change temperature we had to call the owner, he changed the temperature and took the remote control with him. So, if you need to change again, you just can't. This was odd. Our room came with beautiful view, but shared balcony with another room. Maybe for somebody it is not a problem,be for us it was lack of privacy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff, with clean comfortable rooms. Lots to choose from for breakfast and perfect coffee. What more could you want from a hotel stop. Thank you.
8,8 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice host. Room was clean, breakfast was good and the wine and cappucino were perfect.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent!
Cons: The bathroom. The distance between the tap and the basin is too long, when washing hands or face, water jumps out.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location is very calm with a nice yard and view of the city. It is also nice to walk around the vineyards.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place! The street may be a bit loud but with the windows closed it's not a problem. The breakfast was really good and the people were very friendly. For a nice walk with the dogs you can just walk up the mountains.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Shower was ok.
Cons: After one week in Sardinia we have moved to Trento and booked a stay at Agritur Mas Dei Chini. This was so far our most expensive accommodation (97 Euro/Night) during this trip. Sadly it has been also our worst accommodation. We have booked one double room for two guests. The room was prepared only for one person. Sadly we realised this just before sleep. We had to ask for the bed clothes, it took some time to explain what do we need since the english knowledges of the staff were very limited. Somehow the staff who brought us the bed clothes felt the urgency to enter the room and check if the towel and bed clothes is not hidden somewhere. Not a very pleasant visit when one wants to go to shower and is in underwear only... . After all the bed was prepared but sadly very very uncomfortable. Seemed to me they are using some very cheap matraces. After two hours of sleep we were waken up by very strong vibrations from room next to us or above us. I sleep usually with ear plugs, but the noise was so loudly that i woke up as well as my wife. This was running all night in interval of every 3 minutes. We suppose somebody from staff or some quest forgot a phone somewhere and was calling like a lunatic all night... . The isolation of the room was horrible. Without proper sleep we had to wake up and hit the road again. During check out we were asked to pay again for the accommodation. The accommodation was already prepaid, but we weren´t not sure at the moment, so we paid again. Now, more than one week later, we are still waiting for refund of double payment.

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was fine, but not something to remember, I found it rather limited, it could be rivher... Coffee on the other hand was as it should be: fresh and perfect! I appreciated the fact that the room was spacious and very quiet, the curtains can shadow completely the room, the bathroom was very nicely made.
Cons: There could a power supply in the office area for laptop work
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great cereal and youghurt...
Cons: The english literacy of the staff.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We only stayed for one night. It's a practical hotel, very close to the train station and to the city centre. Room was huge, bathroom was huge, it has an air conditioner and mini bar, the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The only thing to mention is that although there is an elevator we also had to climb a short flight of steps to get to our room. Everything else was good.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very large rooms, quiet
Cons: Shower a bit awkward

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, hotel is very modern and all accomodation great. Very nice view and location on the top of the land :)
Cons: We had to pay “just couvert” for our 2 years old daughter for dinner 12 EUR (adult is 22). Now I would refuse it.
7,5 Good
Pros: Hotel was great and view was super good. Parking was in a parking house although to get to the parking hous was a little tricky. Restaurants nearby .
Cons: To go to the spa section you have to have your own bathrobe and towel or you have to rent it from the hotel. As One reason booking it was the pool for the kid, but the times when kids where allowed to the pools where really limited.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect for those that want to ski or to do a quick trip to Trento. The rooms and the facilities are very good, comfortable and clean. They even have a small kindergarden with activities for the kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The food was not at the level that you can expect in a 4 stars hotel. Very basic, simple and not been tasty (in Italy!!!!), a disappointment. Also, the SPA is ok, but it is not fantastic. The facilities are crowded because are not very big and having only one pool with a little number of things on it makes you feel that you have to fight for a spot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, very tasty food and good cocktails. The hotel is located close to the top of the mountain. The view is spectacular.
Cons: Everything was above expectations, there is nothing to complain about.
6,3 Good
Pros: The bar is nice and the bartender even nicer:)
Cons: I think this hotel is over-rated. We reserved 2 family rooms. Although the reservation made 4 month ago, the rooms were at 2 different areas. The family rooms has no windows! Only a skylight that if opens allows too much light to the room. The operation of the skylight is manual, and not easy. We asked to change rooms but were explained that all family rooms are like this and we should have noticed the window issue from the photos online. I seriously dont see the point driving to the mountains and sleep in a room with no windows... As for the swimming pool, it is nice but opens for kids only from 10-18 which is usually the time when families go out to travel. Also breakfast is overrated and is hardly a 3 stars hotel level.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Super location, nice indoor pool.
Cons: Small TV in room, minibar empty. At least no water bottle.

Pros: We came for one night and the place offered everything we expected. The owners were nice, the house in the country side had no city or carc noise and the breakfast was a good mix of Italian and German food. There is a fantastic view over the city and the valley from the place. The city of Trento is by car 10 min away but easy to reach.
