Pros (+) Location and beach are great! Nice touch with providing nice chairs, not many other properties provide this service. The fire pits are also a nice touch during the evening.
Cons (-) Unable to get into our room until 1 hour after hotel posted 4pm check in time. Front desk representatives appeared empathetic, but didn’t help getting into our room. Frustrating considering we arrived at the hotel at 11am. Meal wait times at Sloppy Joe’s and the Cafe were horrible. Took 1.5 hours to get our meals at Sloppy Joe’s on a Sunday night. Pros (+) We booked a room with a balcony and the view of the ocean was great. The room was very clean, and to our surprise had a pretty nice kitchenette. The beach was not crowded at all, which was very nice. The resort fee included daily free kayak or paddle board rental, which we took advantage of everyday with no wait. It also included free beach chairs, but we brought our own so we could have saved on ...
Cons (-) The only negative thing about our stay was that our room was not ready for us to check in until about 4:40, and check in was at 4:00. Not a big deal since we were able to hang out by the pool while we waited.

Cons (-) We booked our room and we're charged but when we arrived there were no rooms available and I still have not received my refund...which did put us on a bind that was 500 dollars that we didn't have for the rest of our trip...very sissappoints
