Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's enchanting castle atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Many highlighted the beautiful grounds, historic charm, and unique experiences such as petting animals and enjoying the decor. Breakfast and dining were generally well received, though a few guests noted limited options or extra charges for specialty coffee. Some minor criticisms included occasional room maintenance issues, warm temperatures, and a lack of certain amenities, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
