breakfast was great, as always, the room was good but again too hot to sleep properly. the staff although not enough to go round were as always incredible'. always a smile on their faces. and the hotel is always so clean.

I asked B.com for two deluxe room as you allocated only one Also asked for rooms to be close. I was told to negotiate at hotel. On arrival hotel was full so I had very small room at back of hotel in a different wing from my friend.
