Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events at Rogers Stadium and access to public transport. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and outdated facilities. Breakfast was also frequently criticized for its lack of variety and quality. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast offerings are needed.
