1,0 Poor
Pros: Close off highway
Cons: We were charged 100.00 for “incidentals” from this hotel. The way I found out was my bank notified me with an alert that it had been taken. I called the bank and asked what the withdrawal was for and they said they take it and hold it in case their is anything stolen or damaged. There was no mention of this being taken, nor anything on my final bill. This is extremely fraudulent practice. I’ve never had a hotel do this before.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: I love the location. The parking was easy and close to the doors. The interior of the hotel is magical. There is a game room a workout room and an awesome pool with a waterfall. I love this place. I will stay here again.
Cons: The breakfast was lacking in variety. There was a bouncer making sure our names were on a list. I felt unwelcome and the food wasn't worth the hassle. It would be better to have more variety of food. The dishes were dirty.

Pros: room size location breakfast
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very quaint, little historic hotel in the city. We enjoyed the very picturesque quality of the hotel, and appreciated the staff meeting with us to show us our room, It was a bit difficult to find. Very pretty room, I have no complaints. We were comfortable and the breakfast was free. The attendant helped me with my gluten free issues by making me an omelet even though it was not a day for them. Thank you so much!
Cons: The signage out front should definitely be better. We were tired, it was late at night and we had a hard time finding the front door. I know that sounds silly, but the statue and the front of the building look like registration. The sign points you across the street. A passing neighbor redirected us to the lobby. Awkward.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, love the unique design of the rooms/building and its downtown location.
Cons: Perhaps more than one handicapped parking space would be helpful!
10,0 Excellent
