10,0 Excellent
Pros: The buffet is well served and the onsen is impressive Musical performance is impressive too ! If only one thing to comment, it will be the wifi connection and speed But why not enjoy the quiet time if u need to !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place was SUPER clean! Food was amazing. I really enjoyed the outdoor onsen. The room had a massage chair! Lobby, outside courtyard, restaurant, and any public spaces were designed beautifully. Free parking and free shuttle to airport was a great perk. As it turned out, instead of going to the airport early in the morning so my friend could catch her flight and I could check out the onsen at the airport, she took the free shuttle and I slept in then soaked in the onsen later in the day. Win-win-win situation!
Cons: The room was a bit dated with ventilation fans too noisy to keep on at night. Even when the staff explained almost everything related to the hotel upon check-in, we misunderstood that we could choose to eat dinner at the buffet or at the restaurant on the 2nd floor (both in a different building). Would have preferred to try the restaurant as we had buffet the night before at a different hotel. Note the onsen cleaning hours and whether you're required to bring your own towels from the room. Struggled a little to communicate that I needed to pack my snowboard for the flight home with boots and other equipment before having this luggage be held at reception desk. Stilled worked out in the end.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cozy and spacious room. The hotel is awesome.
Cons: Too early check out in the morning by 10:00.

Cons: N/A
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and attentive. Great room. Food was fantastic, like Michelin star restaurant, that is fanciful and in small portions over 10 courses. High quality ingrediets like abalone, wagyu beef.
Cons: There were brown particles floating in our private onsen. The staff said it’s onsen particles and perfectly fine. But it still grossed us out. They look like brown dirt.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: private hot spring bath
Cons: small shower room
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The environment of the surrounding area and the atmosphere of the hotel.
Cons: Coffee should be served in the restaurant as well.

7,0 Good
Pros: breakfast was excellent
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The whole place was immaculate , I hadn’t booked breakfast but got more than what I paid for when I ordered it separately. I’ll stay there again
6,0 Good
Pros: Definitely not the friendliest front desk specially given that Japanese service is usually exemplary.
Cons: Frankly the front desk was very abrupt and unfriendly
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent. Staff was very kind. Perfect location. Very clean. Nice bars and restaurants.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was in the new wing which was really nice. We had dinner in the western style restaurant downstairs which was also good and the whole family enjoyed. We also appreciate the free shuttle to the airport in the morning.
Cons: It was quite expensive for what is really an airport hotel. But it is Japan I suppose.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Premier rooms in the new Chitose Wing are clean, modern, and spacious, with both a bath tub and walk-in shower (don't know what the older rooms are like). Food and service at the on-site HASKAP restaurant was very good, with surprisingly reasonable prices.
Cons: The mattress was too firm for my preference. Not necessarily a negative, but note that reservations are needed for the airport shuttle.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: the room is clean and the bath is great
Cons: Staff really lack skill of english
7,1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Staffs and their service minded, VERY POOR !!!

7,5 Good
Pros: The outdoor onsen is very nice
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Dormy Inn was a great place to stay in Tomakomai. The breakfast was very good and the staff very nice. The baths/spa were really beautiful. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area. Thanks!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Onsen access and the location to train station (10 minute walk) was good. In an area of small restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the hotel.
Cons: Pillows were very firm and small, could be improved. Value for money was alright and I guess includes the access to the onsen, which I couldn’t use as I have tattoos. My boyfriend did enjoy it however.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel. Very close to JR train station. The area is surrounded by several restaurants. Facilities are excellent. Hotel-provided clothes were very nice.
Cons: We made a reservation during summer season. Prices were very high.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's an easy walk to/from station. The staff were very accommodating, I didn't stay long enough to try the onsen sadly. Plenty of restaurants nearby to have a good meal or convenience store around the corner.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is the coolest hotel in the world because they serve a super tasty ramen every night for free. I can honestly say that it is the highlight of the little town of Tomakomai. The rooms are clean with everything you could need and the onsen is a bonus luxury. To top it off, the free taxi to and from the station just makes life nice and easy.
Cons: Tomakomai is such a small town that there is not a whole lot to do. On top of that, during the colder season, it is difficult to tell which restaurants and businesses are open at night. We thought the best ramen was at the hotel since it was difficult to find an open ramen shop out on the town.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
7,1 Good
Pros: It was in a beautiful setting, forest and lake
Cons: It was far from anything except the airport! Not much in tomakomai. Nowhere close to get breakfast, not many local choices for dinner either. Dinner at nidom was decent but expensive, and service for dinner a bit odd... Seven courses rushed through in an hour.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: the location is right near the airport but it turns out to be a true natural sanctuary for all in family to have a great evening walk by the lake with such a peaceful ozone-filled greenery space which is beyond our expeactations. you can only find this in depper woods or forests in high mountains. many of my freinds on facebook were asking where is this? and they couldnt believe that its so near to the airport and convenient to stay before you catch a flight back home or to other destinations. we would return for sure!! PS:and the japanese style of service and management makes things so proper and precise, very red-carpet service since chech-in till our departure made us feel very VIP... amenities are also great and generous .. thank you :-)))))
Cons: beddings are getting old and could possibly be replaced for better comfort while sleeping. kitchen should allow simple cooking in case late-nite hungry and your restaurants are closed, esp family with kids, teens or elderly who may be hungry at odd hours. thanks..
5,4 Okay
Pros: In the middle of nature. Lot of space is the cottage.
Cons: No swimming pool available although it was mentioned in the hotel description. Actually swimming pool was the main reason why we book that hotel. So, we were very disappointed to learn that it was broken since the previous year. Poor activities for families. Installations seem old and require additional fees. Poor handling of bagages. Sound of nature was nice to enjoy terrace in the early morning, until noise of blower engines started... It is a detail, but ‘French breakfast’ with salads, bacon and eggs show that hotel staff have never stayed in France.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is prefect. Prefect location, it’s in the forest, and there is a little lake just in front of villa. The house is warm and clean . Service is so good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Surrounding and good services
Cons: No
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful winter location, not far from the airport (20 mins). Cabins were bigger and nicer than the online pictures presented. Secluded and so romantic location. Loved the wood fireplace in the cabin. King size bed was very comfy, but kids beds were very hard. 2 toilets in the 2 bedroom cabin, big balcony with direct frontage to big lake. Snow in December was thick and powdery. Lake had a walking track all around. We walked it twice. They had the onsen open for the week we were there, it was free for guests so we used it twice. It is really boiling, but nice to try, they provide nice body lotions and shampoos. It's so tranquil and peaceful despite there being a major highway only 500 meters away. Western Breakfast was ok. But you have to eat exactly what they bring in front of you. Cold lettuce was a bit weird for a snowy winter day breakfast, but there was also a very small portion of eggs and sausages and some plain bread. We couldn't ask to change anything, black coffee for my kids was a bit much though. Waiters dressed in fine dining attire tux style, again a bit strange for breakfast, but anyway whatever works for them.
Cons: Well like many of the other reviews, we agree that the food options left us hungry. The Cabins come with a big kitchen, but strange that they don't give you anything to cook with, no pots, plates or cutlery and no stove. Just a kettle. So you are forced to eat in their restaurant, which charges 700 Yen per person for their fixed meal. Myself and teen had certain food needs (vegetarian), so we couldn't eat in their restaurant, and the room service food wasn't much cheaper and very insipid or strange foods. For example the beef curry was only 3 thin slices of half cooked (bloody) beef in a bowl of brown gravy. No curry flavour at all. We actually had to resort to eating 2 minute noodles that we brought from Sapporo, otherwise we would have been left very hungry. The staff here speak basic English, but they all look so unhappy, not warm nor friendly, can't understand why, when Japanese hospitality in Sapporo was amazing. Here no one smiles or tries to help you. Also there are no board games, card games, English books or English magazines available. The TV in our bedroom has no English programs. I think this resort is meant only for Japanese weddings or Japanese honeymooners and not for western people. They have 2 magnificent chapels for weddings and a beautiful seperate lake front wedding cabin set up for the dinner reception. But despite this, I would still go back again. It's just so picturesque. Bring some food and some board games. Also I purchased a blue plastic sled from a shop in Sapporo and my teen kids had hours of fun in the snow playing on it. I left it there, so please ask for it if you have kids who love to play in the snow. The hotel provides free transport to and from the airport, but only on selected hours and only if you email them and prebook their van. Otherwise the taxi cost is a lot. we had to take a car that could hold our 4 pieces of small luggage and 4 people.
6,0 Good
Pros: Lovely chalets in beautiful grounds. Some way fom main hotel building but efficient mini bus shuttle always available.
Cons: The on site restaurants are very expensive. The clubhouse was better value for lunch but not available in the evenings so unless you have a car you are trapped. We had a below average meal. We shared a seafood salad for a starter and each had a main course where the portion sizes were small and the meat content was actually measured at a measly 100 grams. We had three glasses of beer betwen the two of us. The bill for this equated to £83 that seemed a lot for a pretty basic meal. In addition to the tax and service charge they had included a supplement of £11 that we queried and refused to pay.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The facilities exceeded our expectation and the staff were very accommodating. Beautiful place to stay if you want to get away and be surrounded by nature.
Cons: Not much to do around the area (not bad if you just want to stay inside the cabin and relax) and the food was a bit expensive.

Pros: Shuttle service from Sapporo station and to Lake Shikotsuko was very convenient!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The dinner and breakfast are so awesome. The dinner set is very well prepared with many kinds of Japanese food. Very good service. The food taste so good and the material is very fresh. The breakfast provides a lot of original Japanese food in a quiet atmosphere. Every single food is at a high quality. Worth every penny of the spending.
7,0 Good
Pros: Location was well connected via the shuttle bus from Sapporo, the breakfast was nothing fancy but authentic and hearty made of ingredients from the region.
Cons: the hot spring water temperature could have been higher given the cold winter weather
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Dinner was fantastic. Value for money.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. This was one of the best stays I've ever had anywhere. The baths were fantastic (one of very few places in the area which allow me to bathe with my tattoos), the location is gorgeous and peaceful, the place itself is comfortable and well-facilitated, and the staff were wonderful, especially the lady who brought me my dinner (kaiseki in room - INCREDIBLE) and helped lay out my bedding. A very Japanese experience following which I am more relaxed than I'd been in months prior. 10/10.
Cons: Nothing

7,5 Good
Pros: We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. Hotel was clean , comfortable and the breakfast was very good ( starting from salad to ice cream ) but with same menu every morning which can be a little monotonous for the guests. Staffs are very co-operative. The coin laundry machines were very old model so it takes very long time to dry. During winter season hotel may consider to provide small packets of beauty products for skin care like lotion etc.
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff tried to be as helpful as they could however the hotel needs more staff who can speak English. Ample space for parking. Restaurant on the ground floor supplied a reasonable buffer breakfast, lunch or dinner. Overall good value.
Cons: I was on Level 10 there when the 6.7 magnitude earthquake struck Hokkaido on Sept 6, 2018. There was no information given to tourists in English during or after the quake. Announcements only in Japanese. This lack of information on what to do or not to do during emergencies has been noted as one area of improvement by the Japanese government.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super helpful, the shuttle bus excellent, good breakfast with continental options, comfy room, generally very impressed
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Second time I've stayed here and the place is excellent value for money. Really close to the airport and they run a free shuttle to the airport super early in the morning – which is awesome for me as I always get the first flight out of Chitose to Tokyo. The hotel isn't new or modern looking but has a good degree of character and personality and warmth. Staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are a little on the small side but nothing major especially considering the price. Shower was super warm and powerful which was a major bonus. Really easy to walk to the Chitose JR rail station (less than 15 minutes for me) and lots of little bars/restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Will definitely stay here again if I need an airport hotel for Chitose.
Cons: Bigger shuttle for first transfer of the day – ours was super busy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Please check the timetable. They served free water, coffee, tea and pop corn at the lobby. We ate dinner at hotel’s restaurant, it’s very good food with reasonable price. If you have time, enjoy their free onsen facilities. Very good services and facilities
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities, like free shuttle to airport and free supper. Room size was ok for the fact this is in Japan.
Cons: Somehow, don't know why i booked a smoking room and unable to change last minute as only realized it then. Bad cigarette smell in the room
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good place for a short stay. Free shuttle to airport and supper
Cons: Somehow I booked myself in a smoking room which I was unable to change during check in. Just take note
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Near to airport and shuttle bus from airport pick up was hassle free. Quiet hotel, we managed to go to the hot bath with only just us. The hotel provide humidifier, microwave, card games, shampoo and bath items in the lobby. Oh free coffee and hot water is also provided for all guests
Cons: Staff dont seems to understand english very well. When ask about where to eat, they couldnt give us any reply. In the end we found lots of restaurants via google map. Room for 3 person was a little small with no space for bags to be kept open (need to open n close bag and keep it upright for more space)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Provided free airport shuttle, good breakfast as early as 6am enabled us to enjoy before departed for airport. Taxi fare is claimable and the staff are very friendly, also equipped with the public bath to relax and close to convenience store. Very quiet night can see good views from the window.
Cons: The extra bed for the triple room is not so comfy.

Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean.
Cons: Breakfast was average. More Asian content than western. Bathroom was very small. Originally booked this hotel because of free airport transfer, but was really disappointed after the booking was made to find out skis could not be transferred so had to arrange taxi transfers instead. If i knew this before booking, I would've booked another hotel that offered all beds instead of 2 beds and one futon, in a better location for our needs and at a cheaper rate.
7,0 Good

Cons: - very small bathroom - old-fashioned style of room - untidy carpet, not good for people with allergies - a bit expensive comparing to room condition

7,5 Good
Pros: Large hotel with a comfortable rooms
Cons: Slightly dated but nonetheless comfortable
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is good .Near to few tourists sites as noboribtsu'shikotsuko, tarumae mountain, chikyu cape etc. The room was excellent.very comfortable, very quiet which is rare in Japan. Elevators very spacious and fast which is very important for disabled people. The dinner was great.
Cons: the value for money for breakfeast is bad.for 2200 yen you get cold scrumble eggs and a poor variety of food.Second day we bought our breakfeast in Lawson and paid third the price. There is no onsen or public bath in the hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: everything was great, good value money, location is great, walking distance convenience store, and they have a lot of parking, around 500 yen per night.
Cons: none
6,7 Good
Pros: When we asked for restaurant's advice, staff responded immediately.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view to sea and mountains
6,3 Good
Pros: Room spacious
Cons: The WiFi was terribly slow!
7,5 Good
Pros: We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days.

7,1 Good
Pros: It was in a beautiful setting, forest and lake
