Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and some appreciated the friendly staff. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of reception staff, complicated check-in procedures, and issues with parking availability. Noise from both inside and outside the hotel was also a concern for some, and a few mentioned maintenance issues or discomfort with the beds. Overall, the location and cleanliness stood out as highlights, while service and parking were common drawbacks.
