Pros (+) Very convenient. Busses to all parts of Shinjuku at your door step. If you want to travel further, shinjuku station is nearby . Varieties of restaurants in the main building. They also sell diapers at the combini!!! The washing machine is easy to use.
Cons (-) Only one : No iron.
