Location. Great room amenities. Restaurants within the hotel. Good breakfast buffet options.
Really small room, hard to move around.
Decent location. Room quite small but has everything you need.
The airport limousine stop in front of the hotel making it very convenient to transfer from airport to hotel, hotel to airport.
The rooms were too small. 2 people cannot fit. Luggage cannot fit as well. Location also is just okay. You need to walk 10 mins to get to the nearest train station or to the main shinjuku shopping area.
Breakfast was terrible. Queue for 20 mins and then they had run out of many food choices
Should be a concierge at the door. Not on the 20th floor.
