Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to major stations, convenience stores, and central areas. The service is frequently described as kind, helpful, and attentive, with positive mentions of both front desk staff and cleaning personnel. Cleanliness is another strong point, with rooms and facilities generally well maintained. Several reviews also note that the rooms are spacious, especially by Tokyo standards. Some guests mention good value for price. However, there are repeated comments about the hotel's old facilities, occasional issues with staff communication, and some negative experiences with room comfort and noise. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for travelers seeking convenience and friendly service.
