The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. They shoved beds into single rooms in order to make them double rooms and there was no way to move around. This place was not worth the money paid! The beds and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting a five star luxury stay but this was awful. I was happy to leave. The staff was nice however.
No luggage storage service for next day, cannot help when we facing problem.
The proximity to the city centre, metro stations and its price.
Rooms quite small, not sound proof (could heat next door room), breakfast could be enriched. The staff is unfortunately a big drawback. The ones working in the breakfast lounge were not polite at all. Regarding the reception, I never received an apology for the maiden taking my clothes with the sheets from the room and waiting 3 days to get them back.
Each day starts with magnificent breakfast. Really helps to work and walk most time of a day. Every day room cleaning. Neverending tea in a room.
Annoying announcements in elevators. Lack of AC adapters to lease. One of the beds was with inconvenient blanket: bed cover used as a blanket.
The staff was fabulous. Lovely people, very polite and helpful
The room was tiny. No place to move or place your items. You live out of your suitcase
