It was at a very convenient location. Only a 5 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the center of Shinjuku. The only inconvenience was they did not offer limousine bus services. Guest would need to take the train for one stop to the Shinjuku station and walk to the bus terminal from there.

Pros (+) This is a great hotel. It is in very close proximity to the train and walking distance to other attractions. The area is in a safe well lit area. The rooms were nice sized and we had no problems. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They all spoke some English. I would definitely stay here again!
Cons (-) The internet signal in the room is very weak and randomly goes out

Pros (+) Very clean room and bathroom. Japanese style bathroom which is quite convenient. Room was small but functional. Check-in was easy and hotel relaxed.
Cons (-) Breakfast was quite basic. Air conditioning instructions only in Japanese. Not very central in Shinjuku area but close to good transport links.
