Pros (+) Excellent service staff all of whom spoke English very capably. Hotel was clean and tidy with excellent central and quiet location and an easy walk to Tokyo metro stations and to major shopping and dining. Breakfast was well supplied and more extensive than typical for this class of hotel.
Cons (-) The rooms are small as expected for Tokyo at this price range and so cramped quarters are the inevitable result.
