Pros (+) Great lobby with a courteous staff. Lots of restaurant options and fairly close to major train station.
Cons (-) The rooms were filthy with dust everywhere. The hotel had disabled air conditioning and it was 80 degrees Fahrenheit inside the rooms.

Pros (+) Overall, a pleasant stay. I was there on business and bought an extra room for my children. Clean, comfortable beds. I've had better breakfasts at other hotels. Very close to Shinagawa station. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Clean and pleasant. 7/11 in basement comes in handy for a late snack.
