Good location with lots of options to eat around and very close to train station for easy access. Very clean hotel, and helpful staff.
The beds were very, very hard and uncomfortable, these were probably the most uncomfortable bed I had the entire time I spent in Japan.
Layout and clanliness of cabins and bathrooms. Had an enjoyable stay.
Hearing others snoring
the set breakfast was just perfect at a very reasonable price. everything in the room was arranged very efficiently. very clean environment.
the pajamas provided were not large enough
I liked that the facilities were all so clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was an onsen in the women's bath, and that it was well-stocked with good amenities. The cabins were also very spacious, and had a lot of storage space.
There isn't much that I disliked about the property, the only thing I didn't like was that the shower rooms were too far away from the cabin. There is only one lift, which you have to take if you want to go down to the shower rooms. I wish they were a bit closer to the sleeping spaces, but apart from that, the rest of the hotel is pretty good.
Modern design and nice facilities
I was so unlucky because i couldn't sleep first 2nights. There were weird girls keep opening and closing shutter door every mins . It was really noisy and disturbing sleep. I can't come back to this place for this reason.
