Price - I paid $40 for the night. A nice hotel was $110 for the night in comparison Staff - Courteous and professional, as they are everywhere in Japan Amenities - comparable to a regular hotel
The capsules give you privacy by means of a sliding screen door that doesn't lock. That may be a privacy issue for some - but for me, it was more of a sound problem. It's easy to be disturbed by guests checking in later. You may want to have a pair of earplugs handy.
Security, cafe which gives discount for resident, good internet, good room cleaning!
Not regular cleaning on showers and toilets
The facility was clean and the staffs were very friendly. The surrounding area had a lot of entertainments and restaurants.
The room wasn't quiet or soundproof of most hallway sounds. The bedding was very hard, couldn't sleep without putting an extra blanket underneath.
I liked how convenient everything was, all in a compact space.
Bed was not comfortable. A bit sore in the morning from it.
It was by far the nicest capsule hotel I have stayed in. very accommodating with cozy beds. I wasn't a huge fan that you had to go to another floor to shower, but the spa made up for it.
there wasn't really anywhere to put your bags in the capsule, not even a small one.
