Clean place, relatively comfortable if minimalist bedding.
The music from the building next door was so loud that I could hear it with earplugs all the way in. My bunk had a large duct going into the wall, and therefore there was a hole in the wall that allowed the sound to come directly into my bunk. I asked to move and the staff said nothing else was available. Also the light came over the top of my curtain, which did not go all the way up to the ceiling. All I wanted was a quiet dark place to sleep, and this was not it. Also, as a 6' tall woman, I didn't fit. My feet were pressed against one wall and my head against the other one.

The public bath and hot rocks foot bath were awesome after a long day of walk. However the public bath is very slippery and the window borders are broken.
The capsule space wasn’t long enough for me to stretch. (I’m around 5.7 feets) also if you close the curtains the capsule becomes way too hot, but if you don’t it’s too bright. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was so-so. Not impolite but not friendly either. Sometimes I felt like I was a bother to them.
