The sleeping pod was, comfy, clean, had a tv at one end. I liked the spa facilities, especially the hot beads.
It was a little cramped. You have to leave large suitcases at reception.
The staff is so kind, hardworking and enthusiatc though they are not good at speaking English. The facilities are good, especially SPA and bath.
Some rules in rooms and corridors, but somebody doesn’t follow. The voice of chatting and the sound of packing actually influence me.
Nice staff gave me a free cup noodles on typhoon night for free!
The staff were polite and helpful. It was very clean (shame about the mold). Comfortable bed. Free tea and coffee. Easy location to explore from. Stayed in nicer centurion cabins.
There was mold on the walls and the whole place felt a bit stuffy. The onsen was lukewarm at best. There was a security camera in the sleeping area which I found odd. Only one shower for the whole floor the rest were in the onsen so a little inconvenient.
The hotel was impeccably clean. Clear instructions on how to use the baths for someone who has never had that experience before. The cabins had a good sense of privacy as well. Location really easy to get to from the closest station.
It would have been nice to have a breakfast option or some more tourism guidance.
