Pros (+) The staff is friendly and the floor with the reception is clean. The place is pretty cheap too. There wasn't much in the area but it is a 10 min walk to the hibiya line.
Cons (-) The place is dirty, loud, and the kitchen was the bathroom area since there was no other sink. I woke up at 4am to what sounded like a child running back and forth in a hall repeatedly. The next night I woke up at 4am to someone vomiting. And then woke up at 8am to someone fiddling with plastic bags for an hour to take out the trash.
