Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, with several reviews specifically naming staff members for their exceptional service. Cleanliness is also frequently praised, especially in the rooms and common areas. The pools and wellness facilities are described as large, well-maintained, and a key highlight of the hotel. While room size and comfort are generally appreciated, some guests mention that the rooms and parts of the structure are dated and in need of renovation. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with several guests finding it lacking in variety or quality. Overall, the hotel is seen as a relaxing and welcoming place, particularly due to its staff and pool facilities, though some aspects could benefit from updates.AI-generated from customer reviews
