Cons: Pillows were very hard - I found that the decoration pillow was slightly better so exchanged them. Not catering to tea drinkers. Had to find a microwave to heat up some water for my own tea bags. Room felt very cramped (although looking the same as the photo but looks better in photo): where to put luggage? Bathroom was tiny with only bar for one towel, not three (should add some hooks). US$73 (R240) felt expensive compared to other medium range hotels in touristic towns.
