Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent service, with many highlighting the staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate special requests. The breakfast is frequently described as varied and tasty, and the hotel's location near the Sea of Galilee and city attractions is appreciated. However, several guests express disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, citing issues such as dust, dirty bathrooms, and lack of regular cleaning. The pool receives mixed reviews, with some finding it too small, crowded, or not open long enough. Overall, while service, breakfast, and location stand out as positives, cleanliness and pool facilities need improvement.
