Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent downtown location and proximity to attractions like the waterfront and marina. Many appreciate the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and historic charm. However, several reviews mention that the property is dated and in need of renovation, with issues related to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in bathrooms and common areas. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the classic hot breakfast while others find it limited. The pool and hot tub are frequently cited as disappointing due to being cold, closed, or poorly maintained. Security is generally appreciated, though a few guests experienced incidents or felt the area was rundown. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and history, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and updates.
