Pros: Reviews were bad
Cons: The reviews online about thrifty in newmarket were so bad that I cancelled the reservation and booked elsewhere. Ended up getting cheaper rate too.

Cons: Rented a Tahoe for A DAY and when I got to the front desk I was told I have to rent it for the whole weekend because location is closed the next day and that I cannot return it to another rental location, despite on the window their hours showed they were open. Very ridiculous when I had to drive far to get this rental and be told that. Personally I think they were trying to make money off me like that. I went to other locations around that area for a rental and they werent surprised that this specific location did that. Someone should go in there and change up the team and ensure thirifty policies are followed properley.
