Reservations mean nothing!Pros:After a tremendous amount of time, inconvenience, and multiple visits, we were finally given a vehicle that met our needs.Cons:Our reservation made almost 3 months in advance meant nothing. I will never rent again from this companyPros:Nothing, absolutely nothingCons:The facility was terrible. There was not a lot of help, the employees on pick up and drop off were slow and disinterested. Customer service was clearly NOT a priority. The car itself was terrible. It was expensive and not as described. It had 36K miles so it was older but the condition was terrible. The cloth seats in the interior were stained beyond any rental I have ever seen and there was a disgusting smell like fast food in the car for the duration of my rental. I had to buy 2 car fresheners for the vents and they did not even help in eliminating the smell. Another man that I was speaking with when I was dropping off my car was complaining that the car he just rented from them had bald tires. The rental company was disgraceful. I have rented many cars, especially in the past 3 years. I will NEVER rent from this company again.Reviewed Mar 2 2017

Closed office at pickup timeCons:We had a rental car reserved and picking up at 6pm. Guess what? Rental car location is closed at 6pm! Tried to get one at the airport & they wanted to charge us 3x the price. Thank goodness for uber, because this was awfulReviewed Feb 27 2017

Pros:LocationCons:Entered the office and no one acknowledged I was there. Walked right past the person sitting at the entrance, made eye contact with the person but she said nothing. I came back and asked who do I see about a car. The lady stated it was her. She asked for my ID and credit card. I gave her the two cards and another person walked in and she asked him right away if she could help. He stated he was returning a car. She then gave him all of her attention and left me standing there. After 5 minutes I asked for my cards back and left.Reviewed Dec 26 2016
