The facility was terrible. There was not a lot of help, the employees on pick up and drop off were slow and disinterested. Customer service was clearly NOT a priority. The car itself was terrible. It was expensive and not as described. It had 36K miles so it was older but the condition was terrible. The cloth seats in the interior were stained beyond any rental I have ever seen and there was a disgusting smell like fast food in the car for the duration of my rental. I had to buy 2 car fresheners for the vents and they did not even help in eliminating the smell. Another man that I was speaking with when I was dropping off my car was complaining that the car he just rented from them had bald tires. The rental company was disgraceful. I have rented many cars, especially in the past 3 years. I will NEVER rent from this company again.2,4 Poor

The price was a lot better compared to the FLL airport. Note that this office closes at 6pm. They were easy to work with and made it easy to change our dropoff location. It cost us an additional $50 to change. I would recommend them.2,0 Poor

Pros:
The first guy helping me was very adamate about NOT writing down prior marks that were on the car. My car had multiple cigarette burns and the Check Maintenance light was on. When I asked for a copy of this, the sales guy got very nasty. He was sighing and rolling his eyes. Kept saying it's in his computer and he wouldn't write it down. I then started to voice my concerns and the guy told me I had two choices! At that point I knew he was going to tell me to leave but luckily another guy stood up and took over and he was very nice and switched me out of that car and offered me multiple cars to choose from. But then he scared me half to death about getting into an accident and how my insurance wouldn't cover everything 100% due to their guidelines. The guy talked to me for about 10 min straight about getting " their" insurance. In the end I didn't but I have never been so worried in my life about driving a car. Needless to say, I will never rent from Enterpeise again. In fact my experience was so horrible and offensive, I plan on contacting the regional manager.Avis
