It was not indicated the address: just "main street". It wasn't in the main street: here is where the owner work. The hotel is in the first perifery. Three weeks before I asked to change the day of my booking, they said yes, but the price was doubled! Very rude staff!

Τhe room was really clean and the cleaning lady very helpfull. The view was fabulous and the location quite good.
It was really hard to find it because nobody knew it. It does not provide transfer from/to hotel and after the search we were exhausted. The room did not deserve 75€.

Very nice, cosy and clean room. Newly built hotel. The manager was helpful and friendly.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, but we want to mention it. The neighbours at the back of the hotel keeps a dog chained in a very small yard, with little shadow, day and night long. No one gives the dog any attention. It was very sad to see. We talked to the hotel manager and she was aware of the situation. We hope other guests also will do something to help the dog.

The location is excellent: a 5 minute walk from the Center of Fira and the bars. All in all, this is a pretty basic guest house, but clean and friendly.
the TV in our room was a small TV, loctaed about 5 meters from the bed, which meant you couldn't watch it. Also, the front desk was never manned, so if we needed help or had questions we had to discuss it with the cleaning lady, who was nice and very helpful, but had poor English.

“Great room (Deluxe) with jacuzzi and super helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious too. Beautiful views of the east side of the island right from the terrace and jacuzzi - an absolute highlight of stay. A quiet location and still only 5mins walk to Fira restaurants. Nice, clean pool but very cold water!”
“The staff are amazing. The breakfast is very good. The pool area is perfect to relax. Good location close to shops and restaurants. Our ferry was cancelled and they allowed us to stay an extra night even though they were closing for the season. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Breakfast was provided every morning to a high quality. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets, towels and toiletry provided. Although the hotel was in a central location (5 mins from the centre and bus stop to all sites, 5-10 mins from the panoramic view, 5 mins from a local wine tasting venue, and 5 mins from a walking path through the residential area of Fira towards a hiking trail to Oia), the neighbourhood and rooms were quiet. The staff were all very approachable and helpful and much improved our stay, allowing us to leave our bags before check-in and highlighting island 'must sees'.”
