Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the warm and attentive service, especially from the owner couple, and highlighted the excellent onsen facilities, which were available 24 hours and described as clean and relaxing. Many appreciated the nostalgic, retro atmosphere and the value for price, though several noted that the building and some facilities are old. Meals, particularly breakfast and dinner, were frequently mentioned as delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Some guests found the location a bit inconvenient without a car and mentioned minor issues with room cleanliness or shared bathrooms, but overall, the positive experiences with service and amenities stood out.
