Not an awful experience. Breakfast was great. I didn’t enjoy how a staff member didn’t just let me go leave the key at the desk to check out. I have to do it often. So I know it is allowed. She literally kept me there waiting behind others to just tell me. “Ok. You can go. “ so maybe better training. Idk. Pros (+) Bed was pretty comfortable
Cons (-) A lot of noise going on seemed they were doing renovations upstairs and outside couldn’t sleep at all noises all night long.

Pros (+) I had to travel from Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport which was almost 33 miles to get to the Hotel. My smartphone gave perfect directions for a late night arrival. Staff was very courteous. I was given a room at the end of the hall - very quiet. Nice mix of people in the breakfast eating area. Very peaceful, quiet location.
Cons (-) There were numerous seating areas outside the front entrance. The back cushions were missing on the chairs causing you to sit back against metal bars - uncomfortable.
