Nothing I paid £110 for the night they charged my charge £388 and because I did not have my passport with me they would not let me stay. I had proof of identity including the cc I paid with but alas no budging even though I had stayed their before
Everything when it comes to human behaviour and relationship
The location was great and the manager did try and respond to our concerns, but unfortunately they have a dampness problem in that hotel room and we had a horrible smell evey time we got into the room. might be the airconditioner spreading it.... he offered to transfer us to a different room but the other rooms were significantly smaller than our alreayd tony room and at that point we had already been there for half our stay so didn't want to pack and move again.
Generally staff could be a bit more friendly. the hotel needs to stock some essentials for guests like electric converter plugs for example. The sun beds at the rooftop pool are just not enough if there are more than 20 guests staying at the hotel. the fact that the hotel sels access to the rooftop pool to day-guests means that anyone paying for a room in Poli house has to fight for a comfortable bed. at leats in high seaosn iI would restrict access to the pool area to hote guests only.
The location is amazing, the hotel design is very cool, a small hotel that feels very comfortable, very nice pool area and bar. breakfast is at a local cafe which is nice.
Maintenance is not great, a few scratches here and there in the room.
Excellent staff Really good location Great pool
The only nice things is the pool.
Do not stay at this hotel! Bed bugs!! We changed the room after we noticed that we are covered in bites. The receptionist gave us another room. Apparently, the only room available was a suite. We could not sleep in the suite because of the noise of the street and the lights due to missing blinds; the curtains did not block the light enough. When we checked out they wanted to charge us the full price for the standard room as well as the full price for the suite!! The explanation was because we got upgraded we should pay for it! Ridiculous! The whole body is itchy and we could not sleep but try to charge the full price! No customer service at all. We managed to get a small reduction, just happy we could leave this place.
