Cons: First of all this was our third Rixos experience and by far the worst!!! After 2 and half days from check-in date, our bathroom ceiling started to leak and we had to throw our bathroom materials in to the waste. Also at the same time I started feeling sick (vomiting and diarrhea), so my wife went to the reception to inform the bathroom situation. They told her to leave the room so technicians can be sent to fix the problem. After a few hours of waiting in the lobby, we were informed that the leaking problem was not fixed, we should wait more!!. It was getting late and I was getting worse. So my wife requested a room change but was denied with " there are no rooms available". So in my sick state I went to reception and had a different talk with them. A manager came and voila there is a room available. So we moved to other room in the middle of the evening. Because of my sickness I could not enjoy this vacation at all, also my family suffered because of my situation. One good thing happened. An employee from "Guest relations" hearing what we have been through provided me with free doctor and medicinal care. While in doctor's room I overheard some staff was also suffering from vomiting and diarrhea. So I'am guessing there was an epidemic, which got me as well. We requested money return and it was denied. Overall it was a complete waste of our time and money.

Pros: The food is very good. The restaurant is huge and has so much varieties of food to choose from. The service is very good. The waiters are ready for you for all your needs. You can eat and drink anything you like. The facilities are perfect. The resort is very clean and there are many activities for the guests. We stayed at the pool villas. The pool of the villas was beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. Everything is ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons: Everything was perfect but the housekeeping must be improved a little bit. The cleaning ladies forgot to arrange our sofa one day and the other day they forgot to supply us with toiletries. Also we didn't get the housekeeping at the same time everyday therefore we didn't know when to expect them to come for cleaning. Besides this everything was on point.

Pros: Beautiful beach and views

Cons: In my view, the separator doors between bathroom and the room was not a nice architectural solution

Pros: I liked it from the start , batool from the reception was extra nice to us, and very welcoming, the river surrounding bars and restaurants is amazing , staff where gr8 osman from the bar was so friendly , hard drinks and cocktails were super

Pros: We like stay , service was good, food was nice and so variant. Especially was good room service and cleaning.

Cons: Half of facilities were not opened and there was no where mentioned when they will be open from. There was no entertainment at all. Also rooms weren’t properly checked, the heating was broken, tv remote didn’t work etc. We had to complain to the reception about everything until it got sorted. Except rooms the hotel wasn’t cleaned.

Pros: Nature, beach, food, OMG food was amazing!!!! Gained a couple of kilos -- thats a downside!

Cons: Its a family hotel. Dont expect lots of young people and parties.

Cons: old rooms (mold) no international baverages (even not at extra cost) little English at reception

Pros: The rooms and food are very good and tasty, various, both spicy and diet. Turkish coffee is available near reception bar every evening, which is marvelous! Regarding alcohol I can say nothing as I do not drink it. Beautiful location, pine trees and palm trees make great view and give shadow, clean and wide sea shore, very good and professional spa staff. Very friendly and attentive waiters. There are a few large bars both indoor and outdoor. Many terrace-descending swimming pools, fountains and a cute mini-zoo with turtles, turkeys, rabbits. There are always enough space next to pools and at the grass lawn under pine-trees and palm-trees.

Cons: Approach to animation. Animation in the hotel is divided into professional sport trainers , which are very good, and animators who tried to communicate with guests. Animators are not professional, I saw such strange organization first time. Animators walked around the hotel and asked every guest to make good comments. Live music is a bit boring.

Pros: everything available for kids

Cons: I was charged the whole amount 3 weeks prior to my booking although it was not announced on booking.com , thank god after a few messsages between booking.com and the property i was refunded.

Pros: Location and staff.

Cons: Food must be much better. Every day is the same menu for the breakfast, launch and dinner. That must be much more better for the five star hotel. One day, we rent a pavilion. Price for pavilion is 50 Eur. That day, we spend only three hours in pavilion (from a possible 8 hours) because it was raining. When we check out, I was expecting that they will tell me you mustn't pay a total ammount of pavilion because you didn't use it at all, but it did not happen. The cheapest alcoholic beverages are serviced in all inclusive program. Wi-fi is also bad throughout the complex. At the all, I think that hotel can and must do much more better for her guests.

Pros: The mini Club was really great for my 2.5 year old daughter she loved the ball bath.

Cons: İt was the last 3 days the hotel was open so the food was not so great for a 5 star hotel it was more like a 4 star hotel...

Cons: We arrived to resort gate without reservation, and security guy did not allowed us to enter resort without prior reservation. Lunch, you must arrive at 6pm, otherwise you will miss cake, grill and other delicious meals.
