Cons: Some of the car parking was a little tricky. It would be good if rooms had allocated parking but in saying that, it could depend on the size of the vehicle and the driver!

Pros: It's was such a surprisingly good value for money, we stayed in the room with the private hit pool and still got a brilliant view of the lake from our room, the pool and amenities were amazing.
Cons: The bathroom was just quite humid at times with no fan (that we saw anyway) but nothing major.

Pros: We have stayed in many hotels in Taupo, and I have to say this is the best!! Can not believe I never saw this one. The host#Daisy was so welcoming and super friendly. The room was beautiful clean warm and up to date. She gave us the best tips on where to go in town. We arrived with 2 vehicles and she let us keep both cars secure in the hotel parking, even when she was booked out. We will stay with Daisy every time we are in Taupo!! You Rock Daisy x

Pros: Our apartment was good sized and very clean. It was also very central, the beach was directly across our street and an easy walk to the town centre and restaurants. Philipa, the lady in the reception area was very accommodating and helpful.

Cons: The heater was very old and loud. The bathroom needs a better extractor fan as the whole room got wet when I had a shower. The bed wasn't to our liking, but others that like a firmer mattress might have enjoyed it. The road noise was louder than expected.
