Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, iconic architecture, and good value for money. Many appreciate the proximity to city attractions and transport. However, several reviews mention that the hotel is old, with dated rooms, worn carpets, and maintenance issues such as poor air conditioning and blocked drainage.
