Pros: The staff were friendly but inexperienced.
Cons: the room: carpet had lifted (major tripping hazard) & there was marks all over the floor, cleanliness was poor. the dinner: we had dinner in the restaurant, the fish & vegetables were under cooked and the red meat was over done, even though we were asked how we would like it. the staff: all though being friendly they did not offer an alternative when we raised the issues. When checking out we advised staff again about the problems with the room and there was no offer of compensation.

7,0 Good
Pros: The reception and restaurant are modern and food is good
Cons: It's a motel style hotel, rooms look a bit tired
5,0 Okay
Pros: I liked the spa room, we got upgraded which was great. The staff was nice upon arrival. The room was very clean and presentable. It was a very relaxing weekend.
Cons: Corona virus has unfortunately shut their kitchen. So no room service, there was also no breakfast, however I was aware of this the day before I arrived. I had already ordered 2 days worth of breakfast, however I didn’t believe the breakfast packs we worth that with what I was given. I also didn’t get a mini bar in my room, because they are quiet so they didn’t stock it up before I arrived. I got a little confused because the sheet of paper about the prices of the mini bar was in the room and I didn’t realise I had to pre order it. I feel I didn’t actually get the full experience. Me and my partner have been through a lot lately and I wanted to go away and feel luxurious and special, however I feel I would have got more for my money by going to the local caravan park. We stayed for 2 days and the coffee wasn’t enough, however I thought that when someone brought my breakfast pack to my bedroom someone would have restocked it. Lucky I brought my own from home. I also found the bathroom floors very slippery when wet. I almost slipped over while having a shower.

Cons: We were there 4 nights and felt it would have been good to have fresh towels. Also no microwave in the room. We like just toast for brekky but no toaster.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very large and comfortable. Car parking infront of room. Short walk to Tanunda main street.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: As we always take our own breakfast with us - we were disappointed that there were no equipment available in our room to prepare our own( I require special food to eat). I did not realise this when I booked on line. I inquired and the 2nd morning we had the necessary equipment, from the manager, to prepare our own -greatly appreciated.
Cons: I felt the facilities were not up to the required standard for the price we paid for the night. (1) No exhaust fan in the toilet and shower area. (2)Shower area small and no where to dress/ hang your clean clothes etc. (3) One would be very embarrassed to be on the toilet with the window opened(necessary with no exhaust fan)- if next door visitors were entering their room. No spray to use after toilet visit -odour goes into bedroom area. (4) Door of the shower area has mould and fretting as gets wet when showering. (5) As we don't like the air conditioner on at night- we had the glass door opened to let in the fresh air. WE WERE UNABLE TO LOCK THE SCREEN DOOR FOR OUR SECURITY.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Room was old and bathroom not private - the internet said an en-suite but it was part of the bedroom. Also the restaurant was closed and that was the main reason we booked this motel, also very noisy neighbors both nights.
Cons: See above
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was dated needs refresh
6,0 Good
Pros: had continental breakfast which was fine although I do like more than the instant coffee offered
Cons: nothing to dislike, only stayed for two nights arriving late on Friday due to work commitments. Only used for sleeping as we celebrated a special occasion with a friend away from the accomodation
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were fantastic - bent over backwards to assist in any way they could. Breakfast was great and there was a LOT of it.
Cons: Restaurant was closed on the day/night I wished to use it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the staff there.
Cons: The place was dead, empty.....I was told it was the time of year, but it just seemed to need a bit more love, it was neglected from my point of view.
