Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests highlighting the warm welcome and attentive service. However, many reviews noted issues with noise, especially from the street, pool area, and live music at night, which affected sleep quality. Cleanliness was another concern for some, particularly regarding bathrooms and general upkeep in older rooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others disappointed. Overall, while the location and service stood out as positives, noise and cleanliness were common drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
