A working spa, an open restaurant or bar downstairs, bigger bathroom
The location was amazing. Can’t beat it.
Eh for a Hilton I was expecting a little more luxury.
Overpriced with small rooms
The hotel is located downtown close to the Amalie arena which was great. The beds were comfortable. The valet parking area was confusing, we ended up parking at a local parking garage for much less.
Everything was an extra fee. Parking was either valet or in a garage. No breakfast. No free wifi unless you are Hilton honors and booked direct. The rooms were only a standard size if that. Felt very cramped. for over 300 per night regularly this left a lot to be desired. Glad I booked through a different site. There were still rings on tables from glasses from the previous occupant.
Very comfortable bed
Some issues with the soundproofing of the rooms. A little noisy.
The Hotel staff was amazing.. Very polite and made sure our stay was as comfortable and easy going as possible. The room was also amazing!!! Very spacious and clean and very comfortable beds.. I loved my stay at the Hilton and will be making this hotel chain my #1 choice when vacationing.
I loved everything!!
Very nice for a one-night stay
I was in town for a concert at the Amalie Arena and didn't want to drive back to my home on the east Florida coast the same night. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the room was great. I would stay there again.
The usual downsides to a downtown hotel, like having to pay a lot for parking and no spots available in the valet lot. Also, the only way I could find to get from the part of the 3rd floor where the catwalk from the garage/City of Tampa building and the conference rooms were was to go down the escalator to the lobby and then take a second set of elevators to the guest rooms (I was on the 8th floor).
