Pros (+) Room and bathroom clean, plenty of towels. Very walkable to the business I attended plus many eateries.
Cons (-) Being located in front of a main avenue, one can not expect complete silent rooms at night. Traffic decreases, but still a distant buzzing can be heard. I resolved it by sleeping with ear plugs, which worked fine.
