Walk to FSU
Great location, old, reasonably well maintained, very clean Inn.
No shelving in the shower.

Very reasonable for the price
Room and bathroom clean, plenty of towels. Very walkable to the business I attended plus many eateries.
Being located in front of a main avenue, one can not expect complete silent rooms at night. Traffic decreases, but still a distant buzzing can be heard. I resolved it by sleeping with ear plugs, which worked fine.

Didn't Sleep a Full Night
Very good location for what I was doing that weekend.
I didn't sleep a full night. The heater loudly clicked every 30 minutes, the toilet only fully flushed every 5 flushes, and I'm fairly certain that the tap water made me sick. The thin mattress was literally laying on a board that was slightly too big for the mattress, and it poked my legs when I sat on the edge. PLUS, the sheets were FILTHY. I don't think I would ever stay there again. Very disappointed.

The hotel was close to the Capitol, restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and had a fridge and microwave. Good value for the money.
