Pros (+) The only think I liked was how kind the breakfast staff was.
Cons (-) Everything! The room was dirty. There were long stringy hairs on the floor and on the walls of the shower. The best was so uncomfortable I woke up sore. The icing on the cake was going outside and finding that my rental car had been vandalized. Someone picked up the trash I'd seen in the parking lot and actually put it on the hood of my car!
Pros (+) The staff was extremely courteous and put in the extra effort to make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable! After our evening check in, we were making some hot chocolate to have with our cookies and we were offered whipped cream. She was so kind and pleasant from the start! Pros (+) No serious complaints. The bed seemed a little hard to me overall the room with comfortable. Cleaning staff were a bit loud we could hear them laughing and talking in the halls while we were still asleep. The front desk staff were very friendly
