Pros (+) The location was great. Close to everything that we wanted to do.
Cons (-) The wiring in the building is faulty. We had the power go off every day at least once. The maintenance man had it fixed within 10 minutes, but it was a bother. Also, don't move any of the furniture or open the drapes all the way. They do not clean behind anything and the dust and dirt is pretty incredible.
