Nice decor, the room is on the small side, great sauna & spa. No rowing machine in the gym but nice spread of equipment. Provides free yoga, pilates & other classes but not in very convenient times. Breakfast is outrageously expensive, I've had much better ones with a lot lower prices. Not many eateries in the vicinity, just world trade center. For good food, have to take metro to a couple stops away. It's great value because I'm booking with promotion (3rd night free) now due to coronavirus that halted most travels. Otherwise the regular price is not good for value as there are many fabulous new local brand hotels in town.
The receipts, it creates problems for business travelers as one of the nights are shown as $0 and they can't amend it.

Staff is very friendly and proactively asking what they can help. Location is great being next to key shopping area and 2 metro lines. Lots of restaurants and a movie theater nearby also. We found some dust on the desk and night stand. When we told the front desk, they send someone to clean right away.
