I think the floors which have the rooms on need to be refurbished, some of the hotel rooms have had new carpets laid but they could do with a refurbishment. A pool would also be awesome.

Cons (-) Room sizes are a bit small for my liking but hey, this is Sydney where it's hard to find a decent hotel room nowadays for under $200 a night. In comparison to what else is on offer, the Holiday Inn Potts Point is a good hotel in a good location.
