breakfast the young lady who tended to us was very polite and helpfull
the room was very tired and quite expensive for what it was
Excellent refurbishment, first room ever stayed in that allows you to watch tv in comfort from bed.
The fact that no evening meal service was available, Could be that it was Sunday may be reason !!!!!
Staff very polite and helpful food very good nice comfortable clean hotel ideally situated close to shops etc
Location away from the plastic hotels of Birminham
Noise fron traffic outside.
We were attending a wedding and the hotel was ideally placed midway between the church and reception venue.
The night was excetionally hot and there was no air conditioning or fan. Only one of the 2 windows could be opened wide. People leaving the live music event at 3.00AM spilled out into the street and were extremely noisy; the live music itself was not a problem.
The bar area had been updated and the location was good and central to town
The rooms were very shabby and in desperate need of renovation, it was noisy as right next to the road with the bar not closing until 3am and the walls were paper thin. Was kept up until 6am with some mad drunk irish man screaming at his wife for an hour
Local to where I was going each day
Loud music until midnight
nothing - this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed!
everything. filthy, poor facilities, stank of smoke
breakfast, very poor
