“Really lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a issue with our toilet flushing constantly and it couldn't be sorted straight away. They moved us to a new room straight away couldn't do enough to help us. The rooms are very clean and well looked after. Free safe in room. Clean towels daily. Lovely big swimming pool with free towels. Amazing casino which was free to join only needed to have ID with you. But do take euros with you for casino. We were bed and breakfast and the food was good. Omlette station and lots of choices but wished the food was a bit hotter. Hotel collected us from airport and took us back to airport free of charge all we did was email them our flight details and the gentleman was there waiting for us. Hotel is at quieter end of sunny Beach amazing sea views but still loads going on and some lovely places to eat. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Located near to a wide, sandy beach, good breakfast and dinner with Mediterranean oriented tested meals, the rooms are modern, comfortable beds with wonderful side sea view (the hotel does not have rooms with full sea view), well insulated walls, large tv with plenty music channels, well filled fridge. Private parking with full time security next to the hotel. Friendly staff . Excellent value for the money paid. Flexible with meals, if you want to eat lunch or dinner buffets in the hotel just pay 20 Leva, perfect for people that want all inclusive but want to be flexible. The casino is nice, clean, a lot of free space , it has a excellent mix of slot machines, reels and video and of course tables, roulette min bet was 1 euro.”
